Health

⚠️ Food allergies

  • Peanuts (most severe)
  • Most tree nuts
  • Lentils

Check these whenever picking restaurants, snacks, party food, or travel dining. Lentils matter for Indian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean menus (dal, soups, falafel mixes), and peanuts for Thai, Chinese, and West African food plus bakeries/dessert shops.

  • Allergy follow-up: a repeat blood draw is on Dom's Personal to-do list (as of Sep 2026).

Misc

  • Bike: 20-inch wheels (flat front tire noted Sep 2026).
  • Turned 7 in May 2026; birthday party May 23, 2026, and all the girls in her class came.

Refresh

  • Re-snapshot the calendar each summer (MCPS usually publishes the next year's calendar in spring), or when MCPS announces changes/weather make-up days.
