- Fish oil at 600-700 mg EPA+DHA (below the 2-4 g therapeutic range for triglycerides; worth raising with the doctor).
- Follow-up appointment was scheduled; repeat labs planned 6 months out.

Usual pharmacy: CVS on Darnestown Rd (near home, North Potomac, MD). All doses below were given at CVS Pharmacy.

- Usually gets COVID + flu together in the fall (Oct/Nov).

- HepB: 2 doses recorded (2024-10-04, 2025-11-17). Check with pharmacist whether the series is complete (depends on brand: Heplisav-B is 2 doses, Engerix/Recombivax are 3).
