Recipe

  • Seasoning: Honey Hog BBQ dry rub (or any seasoning — anything works)
  • Start: 380°F for 5 minutes
  • Flip and check internal temp
  • Target temp: ~165°F (a little less is fine — carryover cooking will finish it)
